Comprehensive Project Summary

For: LaCasa Lakeside Resort

OBJECTIVE:

LaCasa Lakeside Resort

Working with LaCasa Lakeside Resort to capture and amplify the beauty and unique offerings of this new and improved all Inclusive Canadian gem of a Resort. My mission was to create a compelling digital presence that would attract families, adventure seekers, and wedding parties from around the world!.

Project Scope: Comprehensive Video Production and Social Media Setup

Video Production

This project began with on-site videography. Armed with my motorized gimbal, camera and a drone, I captured the essence of LaCasa's stunning landscapes and vibrant community and the Mansion. From the early morning light on the lake and the resort's amenities, as well as the Mansion every detail was meticulously recorded.

The next phase involved transforming this raw footage into professional-quality videos. Each of the 6 videos produced underwent a raw editing process. Transitions, effects, and color corrections were applied to enhance the visual appeal. Background music and sound effects were thoughtfully added to create a polished finish. To ensure the videos told a cohesive story, engaging voice overs were scripted and recorded, providing clear and professional narration that perfectly complemented.

I also designed custom video book end  of LaCasa's logos for a super professional finish and an engaging visual to have consistency. 

CRAFTING YOUR DIGITAL PRESENCE

With the videos ready, I changed focus and shifted to establishing a robust social media presence. A dedicated Gmail account was created for LaCasa Lakeside Resort to manage all social media platforms seamlessly.

YouTube Channel: I set up and customized the channel designing a custom header and uploading professional channel art and custom thumb nails. The 6 stunning videos were uploaded with optimized titles, descriptions, and tags to ensure maximum visibility and engagement. The channel now stands as a vibrant showcase of what LaCasa Lakeside Resort has to offer.  YouTube channel

 

Social Media Accounts: Business accounts were created and set up on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Custom headers and profile pictures were designed and uploaded for each platform, maintaining a consistent and professional look. I linked all social media accounts, ensuring a seamless cross-platform experience for users. You can view the Facebook page here.

 

Driver Ads: To further boost the resort's online presence, I produced four custom driver ads targeting specific audiences. Each ad was carefully crafted with engaging and persuasive copy to capture the attention of potential visitors. See FACEBOOK

CONTENT AND BACK END

In addition to the visual and social media setup, extensive work went into the verbiage and backend management. All necessary verbiage for social media posts, video descriptions, and ads was written, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging across all platforms. Backend requirements for each social media platform were completed, with proper linking and synchronization between platforms achieved to create a cohesive online presence.

The seamless integration of all social media accounts ensures a unified and professional online presence for LaCasa Lakeside Resort. The project not only fulfilled but exceeded the initial requests, providing a thorough and robust digital marketing setup.
